The Italian Champions Tour 2025 made a stop at one of the most iconic equestrian venues in the world: Piazza di Siena, nestled in the splendid setting of Villa Borghese in Rome. A magical backdrop for show jumping, where sport, tradition, and spectacle converge, and where Gruppo Selleria Equipe was proudly present.
With 29 points earned, our team shone in the SPORT Circuit, climbing to a shared third place in the overall standings. Thanks to the excellent performances of Nico Lupino on Next Twist Van' T Ruytershof and Giacomo Casadei on Tamis, who secured a third place in 'Round 2' and a prestigious second place in 'Round 1'. Two rounds tackled with determination and precision on 1.45 m courses that highlighted the quality of the pairs and the great harmony between horse and rider.
But that's not all. Piazza di Siena also witnessed the triumph of Fhorse Team and Heques Team Elite, respectively in the SPORT and PRO circuits, in an edition particularly lively and colorful thanks to the so-called “Brazilian mood”, with the green-and-gold riders as absolute protagonists.
A special mention also goes to Team Poggi, which, thanks to the second place in 'Round 2', reached the top of the provisional standings with 76 points, followed by Givova (75) and, tied, Fhorse Team and Gruppo Selleria Equipe with 72 points.
A result that fills us with pride: being among the protagonists in such a prestigious stage confirms the constant commitment of our team, the quality of the pairs, but also the values that have always guided Gruppo Selleria Equipe: tradition, innovation, and profound respect for the horse.
Now, our sights are already set on the upcoming events: after the summer, the ICT will resume in Palermo, then continue with the 'indoor' stage in San Giovanni in Marignano, leading up to the grand finale of Jumping Verona during Fieracavalli, where the 2025 crown will be awarded.
Full speed ahead, always together!
