Laura Collett's career is a testament to her unwavering commitment, exceptional skill, and the profound bond between horse and rider.

Laura Collett MBE, born on August 31, 1989, in Leamington Spa, England, is a distinguished British eventing rider renowned for her resilience and exceptional achievements in equestrian sports.

Laura’s equestrian journey began in the show ring, where she secured the Supreme Pony Championship at the Horse of the Year Show in 2003. Transitioning to eventing, she achieved significant success in her youth, including individual gold medals at the European Junior Championships in 2006 with Fernhill Sox and 2007, and at the European Young Rider Championships in 2009 aboard Rayef.

In 2015, Laura secured the 7 Y/O World Championship title aboard Mr Bass. She continued to shine, securing a runner-up position at the Luhmühlen 5* event in 2018. Her more recent partnership with London 52 has proved to be a winning one, including victory at the Pau Horse Trials in 2020 and a record-breaking win at the Badminton Horse Trials in 2022, where she set a new finishing score record of 21.4. This combination has also triumphed at Etoiles De Pau in 2020 and Luhmuhlen in 2023, taking gold for both events.

Tokyo 2021 Olympics, she contributed to Great Britain's first eventing team gold in 49 years. Building on this success, she secured another team gold and an individual bronze at the Paris 2024 Olympics with London 52, further solidifying her status as a leading figure in the sport.

In recognition of her contributions to equestrianism, Collett was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2022 New Year Honours.
